Aysa Ali

Founder & Lead Education Consultant

Aysa Ali leads LDoehler Group (LDG), an international education consultancy supporting students across multiple global study destinations.

Originally from the Philippines, she relocated to Australia as an international student and studied in both Melbourne and Adelaide. Her academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Human Resource Management from CQUniversity Australia. She also completed a Master of Social Work at Flinders University in Adelaide and is currently completing studies in Migration Law at Victoria University in Melbourne.

She is a QEAC-certified Education Agent and is undertaking further studies towards becoming a Registered Migration Agent.

Aysa also previously founded and managed Destination Guru Travel & Tours in the Philippines, gaining early experience in client service, travel coordination, and supporting individuals navigating international journeys.

Alongside LDG, she brings over 22 years of corporate leadership experience within a leading Australian investigations firm, where she has held senior management responsibilities across corporate services, operations, and organisational leadership. LDoehler Group (LDG) was formed following her experience working closely with international students who often arrived underprepared for the realities of studying abroad. This shaped a clear direction for the organisation — to prioritise readiness, ethical practice, and informed decision-making.

Her leadership approach is grounded in combining professional expertise with lived experience to ensure students receive practical, honest, and relevant guidance.
